Platform Integrity and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Our **KPI** management platform requires authentic data inputs to maintain the accuracy of your business intelligence. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our software or bypass security protocols will result in immediate termination of service.
Ownership
All proprietary algorithms and visual data representations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Oman Insight Atelier.
Compliance
Usage must align with Royal Decree No. 69/2008 (The Electronic Transactions Law) and subsequent amendments.

Limitation of Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our cloud-based infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be communicated via email 48 hours in advance to minimize disruption to your operational **metrics**.
Sect. 5.1: AvailabilityCommercial Engagement
Payment terms for consultancy and platform licenses are Net-30 unless otherwise specified. Failure to resolve outstanding invoices may trigger a temporary suspension of data access.

Modifications to the Service
Oman Insight Atelier reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We frequently update our **KPI** libraries and visualization engines to reflect global best practices in performance oversight.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination Provisions
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Oman Insight Atelier may also terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Data Retrieval Post-Termination
You will have 30 calendar days to export your historical data before it is permanently purged from our primary production servers in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
